Prayer for Safety for My Children on the First Day of School

PRAYER 1 – Thanksgiving for Life and the New School Year
Father, I thank You for the gift of life, for my children’s health, and for bringing us to this new school year in peace – Psalm 100:4
Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.

PRAYER 2 – Asking for Divine Protection in Transit
Father, let Your angels go with my children as they travel to and from school today, keeping them safe from all harm – Psalm 91:11
For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.

PRAYER 3 – Asking for Safety Within School Premises
Father, shield my children from accidents, danger, and any form of violence while they are on school grounds – Isaiah 54:17
No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.

PRAYER 4 – Asking for Calmness and Peace
Father, fill my children’s hearts with peace and calm on this first day, removing every trace of fear or anxiety – John 14:27
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

PRAYER 5 – Thanksgiving for the Answer
Father, I thank You because You have secured my children’s going out and coming in today, and every day – Psalm 121:8
The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.

DECLARATION
I declare that my children are safe, protected, and surrounded by God’s angels today. They will go out in joy, return in peace, and the Lord will be their shield and defense.
