Prayer for Protection in the Night

PRAYER 1 – Thanksgiving for God’s Covering
Father, I thank You for being my shield and protector as I lie down to rest tonight – Psalm 3:3
But thou, O Lord, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head.

PRAYER 2 – Asking for Angelic Protection
Father, release Your angels to guard me and my household throughout the night – Psalm 91:11
For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.

PRAYER 3 – Asking for Safety from All Harm
Father, keep us safe from accidents, disasters, or any evil plans of the enemy – Psalm 121:7
The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.

PRAYER 4 – Asking for Spiritual Covering
Father, cover my home and everyone in it with the blood of Jesus, keeping us from all spiritual attacks – Exodus 12:13
And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you…

PRAYER 5 – Thanksgiving for the Answer
Father, I thank You because I believe no harm shall come near my dwelling tonight – Proverbs 3:24
When thou liest down, thou shalt not be afraid: yea, thou shalt lie down, and thy sleep shall be sweet.

DECLARATION
I declare that my home and family are under divine protection tonight. God’s angels surround us, His presence covers us, and His peace fills our hearts. No evil, accident, or harm will come near us. We will sleep in safety, wake in joy, and rise to see another day as a testimony of God’s unfailing care.
